Purchases such as prints can be returned within 14 days of purchase, with approval from Avia Cosmica. Approval is based solely on the condition of the product not reasonably matching what is advertised online. Any prints that do not arrive in the condition shown online, can be returned for a full refund or can be replaced with a fresh print of similar value with Avia Cosmica's approval. To return a product, please submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your shipment. You must submit a return request before returning your item. Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of submitting a return request. Please submit a tracking number when you return your purchase. Refunds and exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the returned items.
